I'm a physiotherapist with over ten years of experience helping people recover from injury, manage ongoing pain, and return to the activities that matter most to them. Whether it's getting back to sport, keeping up with work demands, or simply moving more comfortably through daily life, my goal is to support you in restoring movement, building confidence, and returning to doing what you enjoy.
Originally from Nepal, I moved to New Zealand in 2020 to further develop my clinical skills and continue my professional journey. Alongside my work in the clinic, I am currently undertaking postgraduate research at the University of Otago, exploring how spinal manual therapy may help improve pain and physical function in people living with hip osteoarthritis.
In practice, I take an integrated and individualised approach to care, combining hands-on manual therapy, dry needling, shockwave therapy, movement retraining, and exercise based rehabilitation. I have a particular interest in managing hip, shoulder, and spinal conditions, osteoarthritis related pain, headaches, and post operative recovery.
Outside of clinical work, I enjoy hiking and mountain biking, which reinforces my belief that physiotherapy is about helping you move better, stay active, and take long term ownership of your health.
