I was born in Auckland but raised in the South Island. I am a third generation painter and had been a painter for the previous nine years before starting here. The nature of the job often caused injuries to my lower back, neck and shoulders. I was constantly wrecking my body, and I decided I needed to work on healing it. This journey led me to realise that I liked to help others in their journey of wellness.

When I was offered the opportunity to become a massage therapist, I knew this was a perfect way to achieve my goal of helping others. So, I studied at the Otago Polytechnic and received a Wellness and Relaxation Massage Diploma.

Since starting in 2021, I believe that with the help of my colleagues, I have developed and refined not only my massage techniques and knowledge, but also the way I analyse, understand, and diagnose. I am eager to learn new and improved techniques for the benefit of our patients.

I enjoy spending time with friends, whānau and my German Shepherd Korra. I love heading out on road trips any chance I get, and walking in nature makes me feel at home.

ACC claims

We can register your ACC claim in clinic. No GP referral required.

Ask our friendly reception staff if you are unsure of your entitlements under the ACC act. Do not allow your injuries to get worse — early intervention helps you avoid prolonged pain.
